The Freud saw blades are manufactured with high quality, perfectly tempered steel with hardness of 45 HRC.
The sound proof indents dramatically reduce noise levels and vibrations and also improve cut quality. The tensioning and balancing conducted with computerized systems provide a uniform flatness across the entire blade circumference.
The patented chrome “Silver Ice Coating” enhances the smoothness of the blade, it reduces the machine motor power absorbance, lowers the operating temperature and protects the blades from rust.
