Crackling water varnish - 150 ml
This crackling water varnish is used on varnishes for decoupage. The size of the crackles depend on the drying state of the first varnish applied. The longer the first varnish has dryed, the smaller will be the crackles. Do not wait to apply the crackling varnish for more than 12 hours after you have applied the first varnish, otherwise you will not have any effect.
