Explanations for the IMPAK shrink wrapping system:
The transparent vacuum packaging of frames and prints enhances the content and protects it from dust and scratches. The "Impak" packaging system, simple and economical, guarantees the same results as more automatic and sophisticated systems.
The maximum width of the film is 80 cm.
The packing phases are:
1) Introduce the object in the shrink film
2) Apply light pressure to the sealing bar to cut and seal the film
3) Heat the film with the air generator thus obtaining the shrinkage of the film.
The "Impak" packaging system consists of:
• Base for unrolling the reel
• Cutting and welding bar
• Hot air generator connected to a power supply
• Carpet in heat-insulating material measuring 35x95 cm.
Optionals:
- 95x95 cm mat to replace the standard 35x95 cm mat (IMPAK1 code)
- Reserve electrical heater (IMPAK2 code)
The transparent PVC shrink film is available in rolls of about 600 meters with a thickness of 20 microns in the following heights:
