Wedges produced by Alfamacchine suitable for all Minigraf underpinners.
The special design and the quality of the steel give the wedges an effect (Power Twist) which pushes the two sides of the frame towards the centre, thus obtaining a perfect joint.
The type of silicone with which the wedges are lubricated also allows for better penetration into the wood.
The distance between the two ends of the wedge is 11 mm
The wedges are packaged in sticks of about 200 pieces.
There are 3 series of wedges: for soft woods, for hard woods, for very hard woods.
These are wedges for hardwoods.
Available in the following heights:
MGR5 = Height 5 mm - approx 5000 wedges per box
MGR7 = Height 7 mm - approx 4000 wedges per box
MGR10 = Height 10 mm - approx 3000 wedges per box
MGR12 = Height 12 mm - approx 3000 wedges per box
MGR15 = Height 15 mm - approx 2000 wedges per box
Test boxes (code MGR66) are also available which contain a bar of wedges (about 200 wedges) for each height for a total of 1000 wedges.
