Some painters prefer to prepare their own colours by using powdered pigments. The Maimeri powdered pigments are first-quality pigments which undergo strict laboratory tests. From them it is possible to obtain very pure colours of any kind: oil-paints, water-colours, acrylics, wash colours etc. Powdered pigments are particularly useful for restoring paintings and for frescos.
