Iron wire coil are used to reinforce large frames by joining the upper and lower sides of the frame.
Length of the skein 100 metres
Thickness of the wire 0.7 mm
To fix the iron wire to the frame you need to: 1) Insert a nail in the centre of the upper side and another in the centre of the lower side of the frame (a large-headed nail is better). 2) Twist the wire around one of the two nails. 3) Pull the wire tight so as to join the two nails. 4) Twist the wire around the second nail, making sure that the wire remains taut.
